At the same time, the six-member investigation team of Pakistan Railways said in the report released on Monday that after examining all aspects, we have come to the conclusion that the accident happened due to the breakdown of the track and the absence of a fish plate.
The investigation team has also told the reason for the derailment of the train was its engine slipping. Some railway officials are not even denying the possibility of sabotage in the accident.
