Pakistan: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif held former generals and judges responsible for the country’s economic crisis. He said that Pakistan is pleading for help before the world, whereas India has not only reached the moon but has also hosted the G20 summit.
Pakistan’s economy has been in steep decline for the last several years, due to which high inflation rates are increasing the pressure on the poor people. Nawaz Sharif is returning to Pakistan next month.
Elections are also to be held in Pakistan in the next two to three months. In such a situation, he is intensifying his attacks on Imran Khan’s opposition party, army, and judiciary who supported him in the 2018 elections.

Addressing the party meeting in Lahore through a video link from London on Monday evening, Nawaz Sharif asked, ‘Today the Prime Minister of Pakistan is going from one country to another to ask for money.’ India has reached the moon and has also held G-20 meetings. Why couldn’t Pakistan do the wonders that India did? Who is responsible for this here?
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) party leader Nawaz Sharif said India has followed economic reforms initiated by the government in 1990. He said, “When Atal Bihari Vajpayee became the Prime Minister of India, India had only one billion US dollars. But now India’s foreign exchange reserves have increased to 600 billion US dollars. Sharif said that has India reached today and Pakistan is pleading in front of the world.
