G20 Summit: President Draupadi Murmu is hosting a dinner in honor of the foreign guests who have come to India for the G20 Summit. The menu includes all vegetarian dishes. Even on the menu, President of India is written instead of President of India. The menu has been designed keeping in mind the traditions, customs, and diversity of India.
The dinner menu Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is dedicated to the spirit of One Earth, One Family, One Future. Many famous dishes of the country including Kashmiri Kahwa, Darjeeling tea, Mumbai pav, and fig-peach murabba have been included in it.
The guests have reached Bharat Mandapam for dinner. He is being welcomed in front of the backdrop of Nalanda University. A total of 170 people have been invited to the dinner, including heads of state, representatives, Chief Ministers of all states of India, Union and State Ministers.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, his wife Sudesh Dhankhar, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi also attended the dinner. Apart from former President Ramnath Kovind and former Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, ministers of Modi cabinet have also been invited.
These include Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman, Narendra Singh Tomar, S Jaishankar, Arjun Munda, Smriti Irani, Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan and Pralhad Joshi.
