Shirdi is a small town in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, where there is a famous temple of Sai Baba. It is completely managed by Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust. The government has deployed CISF for the security of the temple.
This deployment has been done to increase security around the metro station, airport and temple. In such a situation, the temple administration and the villagers are not happy with the deployment of CISF.
However, a priest of the temple told news agency IANS that the Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust had nothing to do with the closure of the city.

It is believed that Sai Baba visited Shirdi in the 19th century. He lived here for more than 60 years. Today people come for the spirituality, beauty and peace of this temple.
