However, it has not yet been confirmed by Pakistan whether Bilawal Bhutto will come to India to participate in this meeting or not. On the other hand, according to a newspaper of Pakistan, considering the importance of this forum, the possibility of Pakistan keeping distance from it is very less.
India formally took over the chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) on 16 September. SCO includes India as well as countries like Pakistan, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
