The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for the last 15 months. Meanwhile, Russia has decided to sell Zelensky’s holiday penthouse.
It has declared 57 properties as state property, including the home of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This house of Zelensky is named after his wife, Olena Zelenska. It is built on the Black Sea coast in Crimea.
Crimea’s speaker Vladimir Konstantinov said – We will issue a notice to sell this house. The money received from this will be used for the ongoing special military operation in Ukraine and for the families of the soldiers killed in the war.
On selling Zelensky’s penthouse, the Russian leader said that Crimea is part of Russia. We will not allow the enemies of Russia to take advantage of the wealth here. Russia has spent more than 7 lakh crore rupees on its army during the war.
Olena Zelenska, the wife of President Zelensky, bought a 3-room penthouse in the Crimean city of Livadia in 2013. Then its cost was about 1 crore 35 lakh rupees. Exactly one year later in 2014, Russia annexed Crimea.
