China-Russia: According to a Bloomberg report, Putin will participate in the third forum to be held in October under China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) forum.
Jinping had sent an invitation to Putin for this. According to Bloomberg, the Kremlin has been preparing for Putin’s visit for a long time. In this matter, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that bilateral talks are being planned between China and Russia on various issues. As soon as a date is fixed, it will be informed.
This news has come at a time when Putin has recently refused to come to India for the G20 summit. During the phone conversation with PM Modi, the Russian President had said – I will not be able to attend the summit.
Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will participate in my place. Earlier, Putin did not even reach the BRICS summit in South Africa. However, he addressed the summit through video conferencing.
