During his visit to Chikkaballapur, PM Modi paid tribute to Sir M. Visvesvaraya, one of the architects of modern India, at his Samadhi. PM Modi recognized Chikkaballapur as the birthplace of Sir M. Visvesvaraya and praised the land for nurturing the mission of serving humanity.
