Mexico-California: The Hillary cyclone moving towards California and Mexico in the US has already weakened. Now it has come from Category 4 to Category 1. Despite this, an emergency has been declared in California due to the storm. According to the New York Times, even after weakening, there is a possibility of heavy rains and floods due to the cyclone, whose warning has been issued.
According to the Hurricane Center, this cyclone will turn into a northern storm by the time it reaches America. However, despite this, it can cause huge destruction.
As of Saturday evening, the cyclone was about 175 miles (281 km) from Mexico. Because of Hillary, winds are currently blowing at a speed of 110 miles per hour. If it gets faster than this, Hillary will turn into Major Hurricane.
According to the New York Times, Baja California in Mexico has been warned of 10 inches of rain over the next 2 days. According to the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the storm will first hit Mexico and then move toward California.
Although this storm is continuously moving toward the north. In such a situation, if it hits California first, then it will be the biggest northern storm in the last 84 years. For the first time, a Category 4 hurricane warning has been issued for Southern California.
