Australia: 51 pilot whales died off the coast of Australia on Wednesday morning. Australia’s Parks and Wildlife Service said on Tuesday that around 100 pilot whales have washed up on the coast of China in the west of the country. 51 whales died due to being trapped here overnight. He said- We are trying to send about 46 whales alive in deep water.
According to The Guardian report, a group of pilot whales were seen swimming near Cheynes Beach, 60 kilometers east of Albany, on Tuesday morning. After this, by evening, the group of whales started reaching the beach and by evening, the whole beach was filled with whales. These whales were stuck on the shore for the whole night.
Marine life experts say that it is unusual for whales to come ashore suddenly. It can also be a sign of the spread of disease. Although the exact reason for the sudden arrival of such a large number of whales on the coast has not been revealed yet.

Marine experts and volunteers camped near the beach overnight before the group of whales reached the shore. In this team, doctors from Perth Zoo were present along with specialist vessels and all other equipment including catapults. These people were also offered help by animal lovers in Australia and many others so that whales could be monitored.
