Islamabad (Pakistan): Even after playing Holi in Pakistan, Hindu students are facing violence and fear. After Pakistan’s Punjab University on Monday, another case of attack on Hindu students has come to light in Sindh on Tuesday. It is being claimed that Islamic students at Karachi University targeted Hindu students for playing Holi. A video named ‘Pakistan Untold’ has been shared on Twitter, in which a Hindu girl student is seen giving information about the whole matter.
The student says, ‘I am from the Hindu community, I am Sindhi. We were celebrating Holi comfortably, when the people of Jamiat came and started harassing us. The girls were playing Holi with us, they beat them up. I have to say that every religion in Pakistan celebrates its festivals comfortably, like Eid etc.
Then why can’t we celebrate Holi?’ Pakistani journalist Vengus tweeted that instead of taking action against Jamiat students who attacked Sindhi Hindus, both Karachi and Panjab University are denying the violent incident.

Atrocities on Hindus in Pakistan
He wrote, ‘Video is in front in which a Sindhi Hindu girl is telling what happened in Karachi University. In another video from Panjab University, a student of Panjab University narrates the incident which also involved students being thrashed. But Panjab University has indirectly pointed a finger at the Sindh Student Council in PU by calling it a ‘Muslim group from another province’. The recent Holi violence in Pakistan is a living proof of the condition of minorities in the neighboring country.

15 students injured
Veenagas wrote, ‘Punjab University administration has a record of ‘not protecting’ students from other provinces. The administration has played a dirty game on the occasion of Holi. We have no hope in Punjab to take action against Jamiat students, but we hope Sindh government will take some action. 15 Hindu students were injured in the clash at Panjab University. The students claim that they had taken prior permission from the university administration for this.
