UP News: Samajwadi Party has suffered another major setback. Police has seized property worth Rs 237 crore of jailed former SP MLA Deep Narayan Yadav. Please tell that this action took place on 26 December 2022 in Jhansi Jail, a few days after the meeting of SP President Akhilesh Yadav with the former MLA.
Former SP MLA Deepnarayan Singh Yadav is in jail since 26 September. On Tuesday afternoon, several teams together took action for attachment. SSP Rajesh S told that Deepnarayan Singh Yadav has acquired property from crime. That property has been attached today.

Apart from this, 23 vehicles including luxury vehicles, tractors, JCB have been seized. 10 bank accounts of Deepnarayan have also been seized. In which there are about 30 lakh rupees now. According to sources, former MLA Deep Narayan Yadav is lodged in jail for conspiring to release notorious criminal Lekhraj Singh Yadav from jail. Police said 23 vehicles including his big bungalow near the RTO office, a villa and flat in Space Moon City have been seized. While 10 of his bank accounts have been frozen.
Earlier property worth 130 crores was seized
Earlier, on November 27, 2022, the Jhansi administration seized property worth Rs 130 crore of Deep Narayan Yadav. SSP (Jhansi) Rajesh S informed that the properties acquired from criminal activities have been acquired. Seizure action has been taken on the basis of evidence in the investigation done by the police.

After the action, the SP leader reached Deepnarayan’s house. Outside the house, wife Meera Yadav said that today police came and asked to vacate the house. I said ok. Can’t a man even build a house to live in? I hit the road. I have children, where will I go? Space is Moon City and other properties are near JDA map. There is no truth in even a single case against my husband. If there is a CBI inquiry, all the milk will turn into milk and water into water. I have not seen such injustice in any government, as is happening in this government. Now I will fight, I have full faith in the judiciary.
Former MP reached to meet the family
After this development, former party MP Chandrapal Singh Yadav met the family. He said that the police have implicated Deep Narayan in fake cases. A case was registered under the Gangster Act, under which the assets were attached. The house was built 20 years ago. Deep Narayan has a flourishing business and belongs to a well-to-do family.
