On the eve of New Year, a heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Sultanpuri police station area of outer Delhi. Here, drunken youth dragged a young woman for several kilometers in a car. His body was found naked on the road.
DCP Harendra Singh of Outer Delhi told that 5 people sitting in the car have been arrested. A case has been registered against them under IPC section 304. Today on Monday, we will present him in the court and demand police remand. The postmortem of the deceased will be done through the board of doctors. Section 304 of IPC has also been added in the FIR, so that the accused does not get bail easily.
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has given his reaction on Monday regarding this gruesome incident. He tweeted, “What happened to our sister in Kanjhawala is extremely shameful. I hope the culprits are given the harshest punishment.”
