In such a situation, the easiest way to identify how much water you should drink in a day is to see the color of your urine. If you notice that you are passing dark yellow urine, it is a sign that you are not drinking enough water. In such a situation, they urinate after a long time. On the other hand, if there is a slight yellowness in the color of your urine, then you are drinking the right amount of water. Very clear and watery urine may mean you are drinking too much water.
